ZPoP (the “service”, at gcash.zpop.app) is made by Zipsite Solutions (“we”, “us”). It lets sellers send payment links, lets their customers upload proof of payment such as a GCash or bank transfer receipt, and lets sellers check it. This policy explains what the service handles and why.
Who is responsible for what
Each seller decides what to ask from their own customers. For that information the seller is the data controller, and we process it on the seller's behalf so the service can work. If you paid a seller through ZPoP, the seller is your first point of contact about your receipt.
What the service handles
From sellers
- Your email address, used to sign in and, unless you set another address, for new-receipt alerts.
- Your store name, store link, currency, logo and the payment details you show customers: GCash name and number, bank details and payment QR images.
- Payment links you create: what each is for, the amount, and the customer name and note if you add them.
- Receipts you add yourself, and each “payment is correct”, “wrong” or “cash received” decision.
From customers who pay through a link or store page
- What they paid for, the payment method, amount paid and reference number, or that they will pay cash on delivery.
- Their name and a mobile number or email, if they choose to add them.
- The receipt image or PDF. Receipts usually show names, mobile or account numbers, amounts and dates.
Technical information
- IP addresses, used to limit abuse of the upload and sign-in pages, a sign-in cookie for sellers, and standard server logs.
What the service does not collect
- Card numbers, or GCash, bank or e-wallet login details.
- The service does not take, move or hold money. Customers pay sellers directly.
How the information is used
- To show a seller's payment instructions and the amount due to their customer.
- To show each receipt to the seller it was sent to, next to the payment it is for.
- To email sellers sign-in links and, if they keep alerts on, a note when a customer uploads a receipt.
- To count monthly usage for plans, and to keep the service secure.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Records are kept in a Cloudflare D1 database and receipts in a private Cloudflare R2 storage bucket. Receipts have no public address; sellers open them through signed links. Data may be processed in data centers outside the Philippines.
How long it is kept and how to delete it
- Payment links, proofs and receipts are kept while the seller uses the service, so they can look back at past payments.
- Customers can ask the seller to delete their receipt. Sellers can email us to delete a receipt, or their whole account, and we will.
