Terms of Service

These terms cover ZPoP (the “service”, at gcash.zpop.app), made by Zipsite Solutions. By signing in you agree to them.
What the service does
The service lets you send payment links and a store page that show customers your GCash, bank and cash on delivery options, lets customers upload proof of payment, and lets you record whether you have checked it.
What the service does not do
- It does not process, receive, hold or transfer money. Customers pay you directly.
- It does not verify that a payment was really made. A receipt can be edited or reused, so always confirm the payment in your own GCash, bank or e-wallet account before marking it correct.
You are responsible for deciding whether you have been paid and for anything you do based on a receipt.
Plans and billing
- Basic: up to 250 receipts per month, from ₱399 per month.
- Unlimited: no limit on receipts, from ₱749 per month.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed. Plans are prepaid in Philippine pesos for 1, 6 or 12 months, by GCash or PayPal, at launch prices 50% below the regular price. Plans don't renew on their own. A GCash payment starts the plan once we've confirmed it, usually within a day. Paying again before a plan ends adds the time after it. A seller on Basic who goes over the monthly limit keeps working and is asked to upgrade. Payments are not refundable once a plan has started, unless the law requires it.
Your responsibilities
- Keep the payment details and QR codes you show customers correct and up to date.
- Keep access to your sign-in email safe: anyone who can open it can sign in to your account.
- Use the service lawfully, don't use it to mislead customers, and tell your customers how their receipts are handled.
Service and changes
We work to keep the service available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may update the service and these terms; we will tell paying sellers before a change that affects them takes effect. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.
